PURPOSE: A mobile payment terminal for performing a payment, a paying system and method using the same are provided to receive money using a mobile phone payment on an off-line at any time and to pay with the mobile terminal at large range by making a payment terminal and a payment server be connected in wireless. CONSTITUTION: A button unit(52) includes ten numeral buttons and additional function buttons for inputting a calling number and a password of a user mobile phone, a payment amount of money, and an authentication number. A display unit(54) displays a text for displaying information being inputted to the button unit(52) or an operating state. A receipt issuing unit(56) receives a payment approval signal from a payment server. If a payment is completed, the receipt issuing unit(56) outputs a receipt including a payment amount of money, a calling number, a time, and seller information. |
