PURPOSE: A rear seat tilting device of a vehicle is provided to conveniently and comfortably perform the double tilting of a rear seat by tilting a cushion simultaneously with the sliding of a seat via a lever installed in the rear portion of a seat back. CONSTITUTION: A rear locking structure(10) is installed in the rear portion of a seat back(200) and sliding in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body. A front locking structure(20) is installed in the seat back. The front and rear portions of a cushion(100) are tilted via the front locking structure. The rear locking structure is fixed in the lower portion of the seat back. The rear locking structure comprises a fixing unit(11) having a roller(13) and a stopper(12) for holding the sliding position of the fixing unit. The rear locking structure and the front locking structure are operated simultaneously via an operating lever(30).
