SOLUTION: Respective back rest side supports 32 of a back rest part 3 consists of support frames 32a rotatably supported by a back rest frame 31 and elastic members 32b or the like attached to the support frames 32a. A net member 33 which freely stretches is tightly stretched between the respective support frames 32a to form an inner part space 34 at the back rest part 3 with the tensioned net member 33, thereby rotating the respective support frames 32a in the inner part space 34 direction.
