PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal panel coated with a thick coating film good in hardness, processability, non-tackiness, blocking resistance or the like. SOLUTION: The coated metal panel coated with a thick coating film showing good capacity can be obtained by applying a primer paint and a topcoat paint to a metal material in combination. The primer coating film is a hard one with Tg of 70-130 deg.C and has a thickness of 5-20μm. A polyester resin and a blocked polyisocyanate compound are reacted on the primer coating film to be cured to form a topcoating film having Tg of 20-50 deg.C near to the normal temperature and the thickness thereof is 25-60μm. The coated metal panel satisfying the target properties can be obtained by applying two kinds of the coating films respectively having the Tg ranges to the metal material in a superposed state so as to form a set film thickness.
