PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorometric device capable of reducing florescent noise which occurs from outside a sample spot. SOLUTION: The device 10 for measuring the fluorescence of a sample 11 of which a plurality of parts to be measured labeled with a fluorescent material are arranged along a specific surface is provided with projecting means 13 and 16 for intermittently projecting exciting light, a light condensing means 23 for condensing the exciting light from the projecting means to the specific surface, relatively moving means 12 and 15 for relatively moving the condensation location of the exciting light by the light condensing means and the sample along the specific surface, a timing control means 17 for controlling at least one of the projecting means and the relatively moving means, and light receiving means 24 and 25 for receiving fluorescence from the sample. The timing control means controls at least one of the projecting means and the relatively moving means so as to match first timing at which the condensation location of the exciting light is opposed to the part to be measured with second timing at which the exciting light is projected.
