PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal resin laminated film excellent in interlaminar bonding properties, surface smoothness and surface adhesiveness, having excellent solder heat resistance and dimensional stability against heat and humidity and low in the anisotropy of characteristics, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal resin laminated film is manufactured by laminating a heat-resistant resin layer based on a heat-resistant resin soluble in a bipolar aprotic solvent on at least the single surface of a liquid crystal resin layer, has a solder heat resistance of 280 deg.C or higher, and is stretched at least unidirectionally after the liquid crystal resin layer. The heat-resistant resin layer are directly bonded.
