PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-abrasive grain wheel provided with both characteristics of resin bond and metal bond and being favorable as, in particular, a cutting blade having excellent rigidity, wear resistance, and cutting sharpness, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: In this super-abrasive grain wheel having an abrasive grain layer in which super-abrasive grains are held by binder, the binder is composed of a mixture of (A) polybenzimidazole resin and (B) at least one kind of metal selected from among copper, tin, silver, copper-tin alloy, zinc, bismus, antimony, and their alloy and/or their alloy. In this manufacturing method for the super- abrasive grain wheel, powder mixture containing powders of the binder, super- abrasive grains, and filler in a case is formed at a temperature of 500 to 650 deg.C to provide the abrasive grain layer in an action part of a base metal unit.
