PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an ozone water not substantially containing undissolved ozone gas producible by enhancing defoaming effect in a gas-liquid separator (4) of ozone water producing apparatus and to reduce the restriction of use quantity though the apparatus is made small-sized and simple. SOLUTION: In the gas-liquid separator (4) of an ozone water producing apparatus constituted so that a mixed stream of raw water and ozone gas flows spirally in an ozone water tank (10), an air bubble catching surface (21) comprising a fine uneven surface or the like, is provided in the ozone water tank (10).
