<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herb liquor having quick action for relieving the fatigue and produced by using the root of sorrel as a main component and immersing the root together with other herbs and spices in spirit and provide a method for producing the liquor. SOLUTION: The herb liquor is produced by using the root of sorrel as a main component and immersing the root together with root of various herbs such as dandelion, Japanese knotweed and ginger and various spices such as sage, basil, rosemary, mint and ground ivy in Shochu (Japanese distilled spirit) or foreign wine in dried state and dissolving muscovado in the produced liquor. The invention further provides a method for producing the herb liquor.</p> |
