PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic rotary Takoyaki-producing machine capable of producing Takoyaki (griddle-cooked dumplings consisting of wheat flour, bits of octopus, green onion and ginger) while automatically rotating the Takoyaki. SOLUTION: A rotation supporting shaft 23 is rotatably supported through a pillow-shaped bearing unit 24 on a machine frame F and a circular eccentric member 22 is fixed in the same phase at both ends of the rotation supporting shaft 23 and the circular eccentric member 22 is rotatably held by a flange-shaped bearing unit 17 and the flange-shaped bearing unit 17 is fixed to an intermediate part of a vertical strut 33 and a frame 37 for horizontally supporting Takoyaki cooking plate is fixed and supported to the upper end of the vertical strut 33 and a lower end H of the vertical strut 33 is guided through a connecting rod 34 in vertical direction to the machine frame F by a pair of guiding members (35 and 36). Thus, when a pulley 27 of the rotation supporting shaft 23 is driven by a motor 28, one point of the intermediate part of the vertical strut 33 is circulated around the center P of the rotation supporting shaft 23 and pseudo-elliptical motion is carried out at any points ofα,βandγincluding the upper end M hereby. Every kind of Takoyaki can automatically be rotated in cooperation with deep baking hole of Takoyaki cooking plate which the supporting frame 37 supports.
