PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe needle remover, with which a protector is mounted on a syringe needle and detached from a syringe as needed without touching the used syringe needle by hand by attaching the remover to the syringe regardless of the kinds of the syringe and the syringe needle. SOLUTION: An opening 16 is provided for inserting the remover to a syringe S in the state of attaching a used syringe needle N thereon, an annular surrounding wall 18 for supporting an outer cylinder C of the syringe S is formed on the surface of a casing 12 provided with a drop port 13 for the syringe needle N below the insert port 16, and upper first plates 22 and 23 and lower second plates 30 and 31 for detaching the syringe needle N from the inserted syringe S are operated by pressing down a handle 20 attached to the casing 12.
