PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the aged with weakened legs or physically handicapped to easily stand up. SOLUTION: A backrest part 2 is provided to rise from a base part 1. A seat board 3 is placed on the upper part of the base part 1 so that a back side terminal part 3a can be moved up and down and a front side terminal 3b can be rotated on the front side upper end part of the base part 1. The intermediate part of an armrest 4 is rotatably provided on the side part of the backrest part 2 so that a front side terminal part 4a can be moved up and down. An armrest link 5 is linked to a terminal part 4b of the armrest 4 extended from the backrest part 2 to the back side and the back side terminal part 3a of the seat board 3 so that the state of raising the front side terminal part 4a of the armrest 4 can be kept while the seat board 3 is placed on the upper part of the base part 1.
