PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive network body and an ultrasonic electrolytic cleaning device that eliminate the working to connect an electrode with an article to be cleaned so that the article to be cleaned and the electrode are electrically connected with each other naturally only by throwing the article to be treated into a cleaning tank, and to provide an ultrasonic electrolytic cleaning device. SOLUTION: The article to be cleaned comes into electric contact naturally with the portion onto which a non-conducting insulation film is not applied by immersing an electrode plate 28 of an anode 4 in the electrolytic cleaning fluid within a cleaning tank 2 and only introducing the article to be coated which is placed on a stage part of the conductive network body 3 via the conductive network body that functions as a cathode. Thereby, the working of connecting the to be coated with the conductive network body 3 as the cathode is eliminated.
