PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body cleaning sheet which can evenly and quickly apply aqueous cleaning liquid on the skin without slipping a hand to wipe off dirt on the skin even if the quantity is small. SOLUTION: This body cleaning sheet 1 is constituted of a sheet substrate 2 into which aqueous cleaning liquid is impregnated. The sheet substrate 2 has a retaining area for the aqueous cleaning liquid on one face and an anti-slip area 5 which is in contact with a hand upon use of the cleaning sheet 1 and suppresses the cleaning sheet 1 to slip on the hand.
