PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker which can prevent a user from being forcibly waken up by annunciation of finishing rice cooking early in the morning by making the annunciation sound of timer rice cooking smaller than that of ordinary rice cooking. SOLUTION: This rice cooker is constituted of the main body with a detachable inner pot, a lid part openably attached to the main body, and an annunciating means to annunciate the finishing of rice cooking. The annunciation sound for the timer rice cooking is made smaller than that of the ordinary rice cooking.
