Two-function power supply source has no transformer and is connected to metering circuit which output is connected to first input of adder, second input of adder is connected to output of amplifier-limiter. Input of the latter is connected to two poles of current plug, its two other poles being connected to metering circuit. Output of adder is connected to responding element.
