PURPOSE: A method for forming a ceramic coating and teflon coating on the surface of charcoal is provided to prevent user from being stained with charcoal. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of applying a ceramic comprising at least one selected from Al2O3, K2O, SiO2, Na2B4O7 and elvan on the surface of charcoal; heat treating the ceramic coating at 250 deg.C for 60 min; and applying teflon or lacquer on the surface of the ceramic coated charcoal, followed by curing.
