PURPOSE: Provided are a jig for powder coating and the preparation method which is used in the precise powder coating of specific places such as the housing of the cooling fan motor of a car. The coating process is semi-automatic, thus enhancing the productivity and lowering the cost. CONSTITUTION: The jig comprises: the first circular plate(1) which fits to the hole of the coating object; the second circular plate(2) which goes through the above hole and a handle(3) which extends over the second circular plate(2).The coating procedure consists of putting the jig into the hole of the coating object, setting on a support plate, coating the object by revolving and rotating with the powder coating nozzle and recovering jig while delivering the coated object by the mesh conveyer. |
