PURPOSE: A cyclone dust collecting device is provided to enhance a dust collecting efficiency and prevent a re-scatter of the separated foreign materials by changing a part of shape of a cylindrical cyclone body and increasing a centrifugal force. CONSTITUTION: A second cyclone(30) comprises an air intake port(32) and a foreign material discharging port(33). The air intake port is formed at one circumference surface of a second cyclone body(31), and communicates with the air discharging port of a first cyclone. The foreign material discharging port connected to the second dust collecting portion(34) is formed at the other circumference surface. An air discharging pipe(35a) is provided to the other side of the second cyclone body. A motor fan for providing a motive power is provided at one end placed on an outside of the second cyclone body.
