PURPOSE: A device for controlling an access of storage media is provided to access although two hosts are reading/writing to a storing medium at the same address by setting a clock velocity difference of a plurality of hosts, supplying a priority for a specific host in accordance with a set clock velocity, and holding the others host. CONSTITUTION: Storage media(21) store predetermined information. The first and second hosts(22,23) are provided for a read/write access of the storage media(21). An access control unit(24) sets a clock difference of the first and second hosts(22,23) and controls a timing of two hosts(22,23) accessed using a clock difference. The first and second host interfaces(24a,24b) generate and output an access hold requesting signal(HB_REQ) for holding an access timing of a specific host and performs an interface for making the first and second hosts(22,23) access to the storage media(21). A register(24c) sets a clock difference of the first and second hosts(22,23).
