PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for loading a frequency and temperature compensation table in a terminal are provided to load the frequency and temperature compensation table, stored in an NV(Non-Volatile) item loading processor in a PC, to an NV memory in the terminal through a simple loading command. CONSTITUTION: A PC(100) has an NV item processor(110) for storing a frequency and temperature compensation table, receiving a loading command from an operator, and receiving a password identical to a password of a terminal(200), and loading the frequency and temperature compensation table in an NV memory(210).
