PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing stock for sundae(korean traditional pork sausage) soup using medicinal herbs, thereby providing the stock for sundae soup which has savory taste and flavor, and of which cholesterol content is low. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing stock for sundae(korean traditional pork sausage) soup is characterized by the steps of: boiling the kneebone of a pork, Acanthopanax Senticosus, Astragalus membranaceus, ginseng which is peeled then dried, Cnidium officinale, jujube, green tea leaves, mulberry leaves, Cervus nippon and etc., in a pot; removing impurities therefrom then boiling them again; and adding other seasonings and vegetables thereto. |
