PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared vehicle utilization system capable of allocating vehicles while regarding user's convenience as important as to reservation in a vehicle lending system. SOLUTION: When a shared vehicle 2 requested to be used by a user A3 or B5 requests vehicle lending decision processing by transmitting user's ID, a lending means 102 included in a control part 11 of a control room 1 refers to a reservation master 17 based on the user's ID and decides whether the reservation information of the user has been recorded or not. When the user's reservation information has been already recorded, whether the sort of the vehicle requested to be used is the same sort as the reserved vehicle or not is decided. When the sort of the vehicle requested to be used is not the same sort as the reserved vehicle, the lending means 102 changes the number of available vehicles and the number of reserved vehicles in each of the current vehicle sort and the reserved vehicle sort, permits the user to ride a vehicle of the current vehicle sort, transmits lending permission and PIN to a shared vehicle 2, and ends the vehicle lending decision processing. |
