PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a conventional manufacturing method using a phosphor buried panel, the panel is dislocated and stripped from a pixel and that a quantity of light to the pixel is dropped. SOLUTION: A phosphor 4 is formed by stacking a plurality of phosphor layers. The phosphor layer coming into contact with a light detecting element substrate 8 from among the laminated phosphor 4 is formed as the phosphor layer whose central part becomes recessed.
