SOLUTION: As an outer ring 2, those which thermal processing is applied to after lathe turning and then, barrel polishing is given for finishing is used, and as an inner ring 1, those which thermal processing is applied to after lathe turning and then, barrel polishing is given, and furthermore, only the inner diameter face 7 is polished and finished is used.
