PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication method and its system by which a transmitter can provide contents data in diversified forms to a receiver. SOLUTION: A contents providing device 2 divides contents data into a plurality of division contents data, the receiver uses the divided contents data to generate a plurality of packet data that can generate the divided contents data by using a prescribed number of packet data, and transmits the generated data to a network 5. A client device 3 receives and decodes the packet data to recover the divided contents data.
