PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjustably limiting the maximum speed of an engine for granting power to a hand tool to be controlled by a power adjuster located on a handle. SOLUTION: This device can optimize an engine speed corresponding to work to be done. The device has a threaded shaft 15 to be moved with the rotation of a nut 12 and a spring 14. When a higher speed than selected is required, the maximum speed is reached by pushing the power adjuster 11 with greater force than applied by the spring 14.
