PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an orifice passage having a long passage on an outer peripheral part of a main body rubber elastic body directly without using another orifice member and to effectively reduce a spring property to a direction crossing a main vibration input direction at right angles and improve vibration resistance when vibrated around an axis. SOLUTION: A recessed groove 38 forming the orifice passage 50 communicating with two fluid chambers 48 provided on an outer peripheral part of the main body rubber elastic body 16 contains an axial direction groove part 38a extending to an axial direction. A wall surface along an opening direction of both side wall surfaces of the axial direction groove part 38a of the recessed groove 38 forming the orifice passage 50 is constituted as an inclined surface 40.
