PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panier commonly wearable by a normal person and a pregnant woman. SOLUTION: This panier is obtained by attaching an extension belt 5 protruding from an overlapped edge part 3 by a prescribed length L to one upper edge part 3a of the overlapped edge parts 3 and 4 on both sides of a cloth 2 formed into the shape of a wrapped skirt by sewing, providing a plurality of hook holders 6 to be one of a tightening part for fixing the extension belt 5 onto an upper edge part 4a on the other side of the cloth 2 on the side where the extension belt 5 is not attached along the belt 5 in the part protruding from the overlapped edge part 3 of the extension belt 5 and fixing a hook 7 to be the other of the tightening part to the upper edge part 4a onto the other side of the cloth 2. Thereby, since the tip side of the extension belt 5 overlaps with the overlapped edge part 4 of the cloth 2 even in the pregnant woman having an ultralarge waist girth size, the hook 7 can be inserted into each hook holder 6 and fixed.
