PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-acrylic rubber composition having excellent vulcanization property and giving a vulcanized rubber having excellent mechanical properties and thermal aging resistance. SOLUTION: The ethylene-acrylic rubber composition is produced by compounding 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-(meth)acrylate copolymer rubber with 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a polyamine, 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a guanidine compound, 1-400 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler, 0.1-15 pts.wt. of a primary antioxidant selected from amine-based antioxidant and phenolic antioxidant and 0.1-15 pts.wt. of a secondary antioxidant select from phosphorus-based antioxidant and a sulfur- based antioxidant.
