GATE SUPERVISORY CONTROL SYSTEM USING PORTABLE TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water gate monitor control system using a portable terminal capable of facilitating determination of necessity for collecting information about river level observation data and for controlling the gate and facilitating monitoring work for properly and quickly realizing supervisory control of the gate. SOLUTION: This monitor control system is provided with a server computer 10 and the portable terminal 50. The server computer 10 is set to collect information about the observation data of the river level in the gate 30 and to transmit a mail including the collected observation data to the previously designated portable terminal 50 in a preset fixed condition. The portable terminal 50 is allowed to make determination about gate control of the gate 30 in receipt of the mail transmitted from the server computer 10 and to give a control command for gate 30 opening/closing operation via the Internet 41.
