摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell electric power supply device wherein the fuel cell and a capacitor are constituted to be connected in parallel and wherein excessive or insufficient supply of a reaction gas to the fuel cell is suppressed to occur. SOLUTION: In the fuel cell electric power supply device wherein the fuel cell and the capacitor are connected in parallel and wherein the supplied amount of the reaction gas to the fuel cell is controlled based on a targeted supply current, a capacitor open-circuit voltage calculation part 43 calculates the open- circuit voltage (Vcup- 0) of the capacitor based on a detected current (Icap), an output voltage (Vout) and an internal resistance (Rcap), and a correction amount calculation part 45 corrects a target supply current (Ifc- REQ) so that an excessive actuation of an air compressor and a gas shortage of the fuel cell will be suppressed based on the open-circuit voltage (Vcap- 0) of the capacitor, the output voltage (Vout) and the targeted supply current (Ifc- REQ) of the capacitor and in accordance with a current-voltage characteristic (Icap-Vca) of the fuel cell and the current-voltage characteristic (Ifc-Vcap) of the capacitor.
