PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid switch shortening delay time requiring until a driving signal is outputted, reducing the wear of a main contact caused by an arc, making auxiliary contact input unnecessary, and shortening the supply time of load current to a main semiconductor switching device. SOLUTION: This hybrid switch 1 has a control circuit device 2 and a power source circuit device 3 having a rectifying/smoothing circuit 31 and a voltage stabilizing circuit device 82 in addition to an existing example. The rectifying/ smoothing circuit device 31 outputs DC voltage smoothed with a capacitor or the like having a sufficient capacity from operation voltage Vc directly inputted from an outside operation power source 91, and the voltage stabilizing circuit device 82 stabilizes the outputted DC voltage to a constant voltage value and outputs to the control circuit device 2 to use for the power source. The control circuit device 2 receives power from the power source circuit device 3 and generates an inside signal from the operation voltage Vc inputted through an operator command switch 92.
