PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing brakeshoes for drum braking is provided to simplify manufacturing process of the brakeshoes and reduce manufacturing cost by correcting deformation of a rim and knurling the surface of the rim at the same time. CONSTITUTION: In a device for manufacturing brakeshoes(30R,30T) for drum braking to correct deformation of a rim(32) to which a web is adhered, the device comprises first roller(60) on which the rim together with the web are mounted so that the surface of the rim is exposed to the outside; and second roller(70) which is arranged adjacently to the first roller, and which corrects curvature of the rim and knurls the surface of the rim by applying pressure to the rim mounted on the first roller, wherein plural protrusions(71) are formed on the outer circumference of the second roller(70) with the protrusions being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance so that a plural female grooves are engraved on the surface of the rim(32) by plastic deformation due to the protrusions(71) when the first and second rollers are rotated, and a web receiving groove(61) is formed along the outer circumference of the first roller(60) so that the web is inserted into the web receiving groove.
