PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a large number of users to utilize a deposit box system by performing the personal certification of each of users by making the user present an identification card attached with a face photograph. SOLUTION: This system has a deposit box 11 equipped with an electronic key for preserving luggage, a camera for photographing the face of the user of the deposit box 11, a deposit box terminal equipped with an image capturing means for capturing the image of the identification card including the face photograph of the user and a control means for operating the electronic key and a centralized center 12 which is connected with the deposit box terminal to enable communication, for performing the personal certification of the user based on the face of the user photographed by the camera and the image of the identification card captured by the image capturing means. |
