<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting a buried explosive substance using an infrared camera which can detect the shape and the buried depth of the buried explosive substance by using the infrared camera and a penetrant having a cooling or heating effect. SOLUTION: In the method of detecting the buried explosive substance, the penetrant is sprayed on an explosive-substance buried area, a change in the temperature on the surface of the ground within the area after its spraying is photographed by the infrared camera 6, and a position in which the explosive substance is buried within the area is measured.</p> |
