PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network technology capable of operating a server by a user depending on a dynamic IP address by automatically registering the dynamic IP address to a prescribed DNS(Domain Name System) according to the assignment. SOLUTION: An address assignment detection and registration section 13 acting like a client system detects the assignment of a dynamic IP address and informs a dynamic DNS server system SS via the Internet N about the IP address. An authentication and DNS update section m2 of an operation management server mng in the dynamic DNS server system SS authenticates a server box SB of a sender as to the IP address notified by the server box SB and registers the IP address to the DNS as the IP address corresponding to a prescribed domain name equivalent to the server box SB whose authentication is admitted.
