PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call selection system by media that classifies an incoming call terminal group into incoming call groups by each communication type so as to allow an incoming call to reach a terminal in the incoming call group whose communication media is the same as that of a caller terminal even when the called party number is the same. SOLUTION: A communication network 3 is configured with a connection controller 4 that interconnects communication terminals, and a database device 5 that stores contract information of the communication terminals. Then a caller terminal 1 whose communication media is voice, a caller terminal 2 whose communication media is a facsimile terminal, and an incoming terminal group 7 with an incoming call number A are interconnected by a communication network 3. The incoming call terminal 7 is configured with an incoming call terminal group 8 whose communication media is voice, with an incoming call terminal group 9 whose communication media is a facsimile terminal and with an incoming call terminal group 10 whose communication media is data.
