PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone capable of easily inputting a target word or sentence with minimum depression number in a short time even with a portable information terminal such as a cellular phone unit and PDA with limited number of operation buttons and electric products requiring the input of characters and numerals. SOLUTION: The operation buttons of the cellular phone comprise an operation button body used for the cellular phone unit, etc., a first display part having vowels of a, i, u, e and o displayed in the predetermined array on the operation button body and consonants which are displayed in the predetermined array on other operation button body than that with the vowels displayed thereon and can be inputted in Roman letters in combination with the vowels, and a second display part for inputting the numerals which is displayed in the predetermined array on an operation button body part adjacent to the first display part and selected in a switching manner from the first display part by the predetermined operation.
