PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the constitution of an inexpensive high-rigidity intermediate transfer member layer in a color electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: This intermediate transfer member on which respective color toner images developed on a photoreceptor by using liquid toner of several colors are transferred and superposed is the one to transfer the transferred and superposed toner image to a printing medium. By arranging a tension member fiber layer worked to be stretched in the rotating direction of the intermediate transfer member, the stretching rigidity of the intermediate transfer member is enhanced, and an image supporting layer is arranged on the surface of the fiber layer.
