PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily cut pile heads of metal piles by cutting the pile heads on the metal piles without digging down the ground around the piles. SOLUTION: On the side of an opening end 3 of the metal pile 1 in a tubular form that is placed, this device is provided with a guide 5 to be detachably fixed in an extended axial line direction of the metal pile l, a movable base frame 6 movably supported along the guide 5, a support rod 7 extended in the metal pile 1 along a center axial line of the metal pile from the movable base frame 6, a cutting device 8 installed on a tip of the support rod 7 to cut the metal pile 1, and a rotation drive means 9 to make at least one rotation of the cutting device 8 which is operating around an axial line of the support rod 7.
