PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize a laterally drawing load of a tip frame regardless of a rotation angle, equalize rotation speed, and achieve a simple and compact structure even when distance from a support shaft to a suspension center is long. SOLUTION: This top sheave 5 provided at an upper end of a leader 2 of a pile driver 4 is composed of a base frame 6 fixed to the upper end of the leader 2, and the tip frame 8 provided to be rotatable in a horizontal direction by the support shaft 7 in a leader axial line direction on the leader front part side of the base frame 6. The tip frame 8 is rotated by a hydraulic motor 9 mounted on the base frame 2.
