PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing two or more sheets from being conveyed together to a printer even when large-sized paper is fed while a plurality of sheets are loaded. SOLUTION: The multifeed prevention roller 6 abutting on the back end of the large-sized paper P in a degree not to suppress a paper feeding force of a paper feeding roller 3 is disposed at a position where the roller abuts on the back end of the paper at the back end of a paper support 2 connecting to a hopper 1 having the plurality of sheets of the large-sized paper P. Thus, the multifeed prevention roller 6 starts conveying the uppermost large-sized paper P1 from the paper support 2, slightly presses the next large-sized paper P2 in a stage when a slight displacement occurs between the uppermost large- sized paper P1 and the next large-sized paper P2, allows the large-sized paper P to be conveyed one by one from the paper support 2 connecting to the hopper 1.
