The present invention discloses a coding method of global unified number and a method of realizing unified access service of a network with the global unified number. The global unified number, which is independent of country, area or time etc, is composed of one number or several numbers at random and ended with '#'. The method of access service is that an user inputs an access service operation number with a terminal unit, in which the field of the global unified number is inputted firstly and then the field of service operation number is inputted, so as to access a service network. Before inputting the field of the global unified number, a field of access number can also be inputted selectively. The method used to access the network service not only provides convenience for the user in selecting time place, but makes it easier for ISP to expand, manage and maintain their service.
