A security apparatus comprising an ID information storing means (32) where ID information is registered, an ID information identifying means (20) for collating the ID information in conjunction with the ID information storing means, a sensor (6) for detecting a moving body, an ID information reading means (12) having a section (8) for receiving the ID information from the moving body, a camera (4) for picking up the image of the moving body, a communication unit (18) for communication with outside, and a control section (16) for controlling at least one of the ID information storing unit (32), the ID information identifying means (20), the sensor (6), the receiving section (8), the camera (4) and the communication unit (18). When the sensor (6) detects a moving body, the ID information read out by the ID information reading means (12) is transmitted to the ID information identifying means (20), where the read out ID information is collated with ID information registered in the ID information storing means (32).
