The heating system, to provide heat in a building and also hot water supplies, uses solar energy which is fed from the solar ray collector (5) to the heating system (1) and/or the hot water supply system (2) according to the availability of solar energy and the consumption of heat and hot water. The solar energy is fed into the systems directly on a high demand, and into an energy storage system (8) on a low demand. A heat pump (9) gives the energy supply when the available solar energy is low, and the demand is high.
