An instructional information delivery system and method based on the storing and retrieving information via an eye-ear-body system optimzes learning. Courses are prepared and presented with help from multimedia tools that present different aspects of the instructional materials. The system and the method complement instructor-led lessons by emphasis on information delivery according to the process of attention to and retention of information by the brain. The information delivery system and method provides for multiple display screens (50-1, 50-2, 50-3) and speakers (70) receiving instructional information based on data that is manipulated according to a set of rulles in a multimedia environment. The system allows real time feedback (40) by instructor's input, control and override so that the lesson is flexible and responsive to the classroom if changes in the learning environment occur.
