PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-clad laminate with reduced warpage during packaging.SOLUTION: A prepreg has a resin layer comprising a resin composition and a base layer comprising fiber substrate. The resin composition contains (A) a thermosetting resin and (B) a silicon-containing polymer. The silicon-containing polymer is a branched chain polysiloxane having bond represented by a specific structural formula. The (A) thermosetting resin of the prepreg includes at least one of a cyanate resin and an epoxy resin. |
