<p>Food package, comprising a food container (1) with a container space for food, which is limited by a bottom (2) and one or more side walls (3-6) which surround the container space and is/are permeable for steam. The package is equipped with distance means (9, 10, 12) which are enclosed to the package and are connected to the container in a storing and transporting condition. The package is convertible to a cooking condition, where the distance means extend downwards from the food container and support it at an elevated level above a supporting foundation such as the bottom of a cooking vessel (16) and in which the package is completely arranged for steam preparing by means of boiling water in the cooking vessel.</p> |
