The method involves placing the acquired data and interfaces decentrally in an equipment computer using an object oriented programming language and using applets embedded in HTML pages so as to be compatible with Internet communications. The computer is connected to a web server with user access and the user or client computer has an interpreter for the object oriented programming language.
